Each year ATC asks us to list the volunteer hours by various categories.  It should capture the time period from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026.  Enter numbers as whole numbers only.  If you had no work in a specific category, put in a 0. Please use estimated times for planned work for the remainder of September.  

This reporting is important as it helps get us resources and therefore I hope you will take the time to go through this questionnaire.  It will also be used to add to prior years reporting of hours of service so we may present awards to you.  The ATC has different reporting categories so please do your best to fill this out using your judgement as needed.
