And then the calendar said you are 91 and roller blades and touch football at the picnic are a hazard... Since 1970 I became a hiker, because I retired that it was what I was supposed to do. I found myself liking it and joined the BMECC and the Appalachian Trail Conference. I seldom did things half way and found me stirring up this and that, sometimes doing some good. While others did the lifting I often watch and told them they should not have it that way, and sometimes they even said I was right. I made my presence known at Eckville, Blue Mt Shelter, Rausch Gap, Eckville Bridge, a section of trail maintenance and plenty of talk. I think most of my involvement with the Web site and constantly brag that we have the best one on the ATC. Now it is time to bow out. You young ones have to take over. If you are 50 (or 30) you just have to get involved and you oldies will have to bow out and don't tell anyone they should have done it this way or that way. Contact Lew:(8<0)#
